The knowledge and experiences

We started learning organic farming from scratch since 2009. We also learnt other disciplines related to the environment. We applied the knowledge through direct practicing at rural area with FAMOGROW Eco Farming concept, and urban area with URBANUTRIGARDEN concept. We concluded that organic farming is about sustaining the environment, building the ecosystem, inspired by forest system. Not just focusing on crops. We are proud to share our knowledge and experience to you.

STORY TELLING

A tiny seed become a big vegetable, how can it be

Many of our children do not like vegetables simply because they know other food better than vegetables. Commercial advertisement and social environment may be the main sources of information received by our children.

As a result, many of our children prefer food other than vegetables.

Story Telling will bring the children to understand and to respect the evolution of seeds to become vegetables in fun and attractive ways including the use of visual aid and transplanting practice. At the end, the children get the understanding why they need to consume vegetables early. This is good education for children to love vegetables and to care the environment.

GENERAL

  • Maximum capacity 20 persons
  • For Elementary School 1st grade, Kindergarten, and Playgroup
  • Duration is about 1 hour including transplanting practice
  • Result of transplanting practice may be brought home
  • Location at Urbanutrigarden Halaman Organik, Bandung
  • Story Telling can also be held at your location in Bandung or other city
  • For Story Telling outside Bandung, you may include other garden course to optimize travel & lodging cost
